The owner had set up and grown his business over 20 odd years. He was proud of all he had achieved creating an excellent service reputation in a clear market segment but he was falling out of love with his business.

We worked together with him, his other family members working in the business, his staff and his customers to refocus on what mattered, to better understand his customer needs and identify the business sectors and services he could most successfully expand into.
